Legal
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Anyqora collects through anyqora.com, why, where it is kept and the choices you have. It applies to visitors from every country. Data controller: [OWNER: legal entity name and registered address]. Questions: [email protected].
What we collect when you contact us
The contact form is the main way we collect personal data. We use it only to reply to you, understand your requirements and prepare a proposal — never for advertising, and we never sell or rent it. Depending on the fields you complete, we collect:
- Name, email address and, optionally, company and phone number (stored in international E.164 format)
- Country, pre-selected from your connection, and time zone, detected by your browser — both always editable
- Preferred contact time, project type, technologies of interest, approximate budget range and timeline
- Your message and your confirmation that you have read this policy
Where your data is stored and for how long
We store only what the form collects: no full IP addresses (only the two-letter country code Cloudflare supplies with each request), and form contents are never written to server logs. Enquiries and newsletter subscriptions are stored in Cloudflare D1, a database on Cloudflare's global network [OWNER: state the D1 region if a location hint was set]. Only the Anyqora team members who handle enquiries have access, and a copy of each enquiry is emailed to [email protected] so we can reply quickly.
We keep enquiry data for [OWNER: 24] months after our last contact, then delete it; if you become a client, it is kept for the duration of our relationship and as long as legal or accounting obligations require. You can ask us to delete it earlier at any time.
Email delivery, spam protection and newsletter
Our emails are sent through [OWNER: Resend or Postmark], which processes the recipient address and message content only to deliver the mail; the domain uses SPF, DKIM and DMARC so mail from [email protected] can be verified as genuine.
Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form by checking in the background that a submission comes from a real person (it may process technical signals from your browser), alongside a hidden honeypot field and short-lived rate-limit counters not linked to your enquiry.
The newsletter uses double opt-in: you are subscribed only after clicking the confirmation link we send, and every issue contains an unsubscribe link.
Analytics and measurement tools
We use four tools. Two set cookies and run only after you click Accept; the site works identically whether you accept or reject.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — always on, cookieless. Aggregated page views, countries, devices, browsers and referrers. It sets no cookies and cannot identify you.
- Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager — only after you accept. Adds engagement time, traffic sources and contact-form conversions. Google Consent Mode v2 keeps every consent type denied until you accept.
- Microsoft Clarity — only after you accept. Heatmaps and session recordings of how visitors move through pages, with all form inputs masked so names, emails, phone numbers and messages never appear.
- Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools — verification only. They show which searches lead to the site, load no script and collect nothing from your browser.
How to withdraw or change your consent
Select "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page to reopen the consent banner and change your choice, stored in the aq_consent cookie for 12 months. After you reject, no further data is sent to Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity. To have earlier data deleted, write to [email protected]. The table below lists every cookie this site can set.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
aq_consent | Anyqora | Remembers your consent choice. Necessary. | 12 months |
cf_* (e.g. __cf_bm, cf_clearance) | Cloudflare | Security, bot protection and Turnstile. Necessary. | Session, up to 30 minutes |
_ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics 4 | Aggregated usage statistics. Only after you accept. | 2 years |
_clck, _clsk | Microsoft Clarity | Heatmaps and recordings, form inputs masked. Only after you accept. | _clck 1 year; _clsk 1 day |
Your rights and how to make a request
Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR and UK GDPR, Swiss FADP, Brazil's LGPD, Canada's PIPEDA, Singapore's PDPA, India's DPDP Act, the Australian Privacy Act and the California CPRA give you rights over your data.
To exercise them, write to [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm your identity, for example by replying from the address on file, and we respond within the time the applicable law allows. We do not sell personal information; US visitors can use the "Do Not Sell or Share" link in the footer to reject analytics cookies. Your rights typically include:
- Access to your data and a copy of it
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion
- Restriction of, or objection to, processing
- Portability
- Withdrawal of consent at any time
- A complaint to your data protection authority
International transfers and security
Anyqora works with clients in every country and relies on globally operated services, so your data may be processed outside your country — on Cloudflare's global network and by Google, Microsoft and our email provider — with recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where the law requires them. The site is served only over HTTPS behind Cloudflare's firewall, secrets are kept in Cloudflare rather than in our code, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it.
Children, changes and contact
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16 or the age of digital consent in their country, and we delete any such data on request.
We may update this policy when our tools or legal requirements change; the date at the top shows the latest revision. For any question or request, write to [email protected].
