Built around your requirements
Ship faster, run reliably
Cloud & DevOps
Cloud architecture, migrations, CI/CD pipelines, containers and monitoring on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Cloudflare or the provider that fits you, so releases are routine and systems stay available.
The problem
Releases that take a weekend, servers nobody dares to restart, cloud bills that grow without explanation and outages discovered by customers before the team: these are signs that infrastructure has become a bottleneck.
Some companies are still on hardware or a single server with no backups tested. Others moved to the cloud quickly and now run a tangle of manually configured services with no record of how they were set up. You need infrastructure that is defined in code, deploys automatically with tests, scales with demand, is monitored properly, and costs what it should, on whichever provider makes sense for you.
What we do
- Cloud architecture and migration to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Cloudflare or others
- Infrastructure as code with Terraform, Ansible and provider-native tooling
- CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins or your platform
- Containers and Kubernetes, or simpler hosting when that is the better fit
- Monitoring, logging, alerting and incident response with Prometheus and Grafana
- Security hardening, backups, disaster recovery and access management
- Cost review and right-sizing of existing cloud environments
How the work runs
-
Step 1: Discover the current state
We audit your existing infrastructure, deployment process, security posture and costs, and learn what the business needs in terms of uptime, scale and compliance.
-
Step 2: Evaluate providers and architectures
We compare cloud providers, managed services, containers versus serverless and regional options against your workloads, data-residency rules, team skills and budget.
-
Step 3: Recommend a target architecture
You receive a target architecture, a migration or improvement roadmap and an estimate of running costs, with every recommendation explained and alternatives noted.
-
Step 4: Implement and operate
We build it as code, migrate in stages with rollback plans, set up monitoring and on-call procedures, and can continue operating the platform or hand it over fully documented.

Frequently asked questions
Short answers to the questions we hear most about this service. Anything else, ask us directly at [email protected].
We work across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Cloudflare, DigitalOcean, Hetzner and other providers, and with tools such as Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes and the major CI/CD platforms. The choice follows your workloads, compliance needs, team skills and budget. We choose the right technology for your project and explain the trade-offs.
We plan migrations in stages so that critical systems keep running: replicate data first, move services one at a time, test each step and keep a rollback path. Whether a cutover can be fully seamless depends on the system, and we tell you the realistic expectation during planning.
Often, yes. We review usage, right-size instances, remove idle resources, apply reserved or spot capacity where suitable and set budgets with alerts. We report what we find before changing anything, so the savings and any trade-offs are clear. We do not promise a figure before the review.
Yes. We can monitor and operate your platform after delivery, handle incidents, apply security updates and manage releases, or train your team to do so. Because we work with clients in any country and time zone, coverage hours are agreed per engagement. [OWNER: confirm support hours and response times]
